Thank you for choosing to receive biblical counseling and spiritual guidance from Prophet Jeff Blessings.

Please read the following policy carefully before booking your online counseling session:

1. Counseling Sessions
2. All counseling sessions are conducted 30 minutes online by appointment with Prophet Jeff Blessings.
3. Thanksgiving Offering
4. Your counseling fee is considered a thanksgiving offering to support the work and ministry of the House of God. Once your offering has been received, our office will contact you to confirm and schedule your counseling session. +260777803106 what's up only
5. Appointments
6. Please ensure that you are available at your scheduled appointment time. If you are unable to attend, kindly notify our office as early as possible so that your session can be rescheduled.
7. Missed Appointments
8. If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, your offering will generally be non-refundable, as time has been reserved specifically for you.
9. Refund Policy
10. Refunds are not normally provided for missed appointments. However, under exceptional circumstances, the decision to issue a full or partial refund rests solely at the discretion of Prophet Jeff Blessings. Where a refund is approved, an administrative deduction may be applied to cover time and scheduling costs.
